This project will employ students as professional staff members whilst still learning as undergraduates.
Staff and students will be working closely together and the candidates will form an integral bridge into the working world through their knowledge of social media. The staff will provide ongoing support and structure for the candidates by setting mini every fortnight as part of the teaching delivery. Students will be involved in module planning with staff, particularly where trips and external speakers are involved.
This initiative encourages mentorship and cross-pollination of ideas between L6 students who will have an external PR outlook.
Students will also be supported with lunchtime briefings as to how they need to structure social media for professional use.
